Perched on the 48th floor of San Francisco’s Millennium Tower, this thoughtfully reimagined residence balances refined design with the evolving needs of its owners. Expansive windows frame sweeping views of the Bay and Salesforce Park, while a quiet, sophisticated palette allows the couple’s collection of Bay Area artwork and ever-changing natural light to take center stage.

The renovation , in collaboration with Mark Thomas Architects, transformed the 3,701-square-foot home through subtle but meaningful architectural changes. Walls were removed, circulation widened and rooms thoughtfully reconfigured, including the conversion of a former bedroom into a dining room and a secondary kitchen into a dedicated baking space. Curved custom furnishings, tactile wallcoverings and warm natural materials bring softness and comfort throughout, while an accessible primary bath incorporates a zero-threshold shower and integrated grab bars without compromising its serene, spa-like character. The result is an elegant, highly personal home where art, architecture, comfort and spectacular city views coexist effortlessly.
